The company is looking for this position in Barcelona.
Reporting to the Managing Director of Hexpol Compounding SLU & Vicom 2002 S.L., a Hexpol Company.
Main Responsibilities Weekly and monthly sales programs. Lead the team members' professional development. Carry out the monitoring of and negotiation with key accounts. Analyze and know the market as well as existing/potential competition, defining steps that would allow for a better positioning of the product. Carry out actions aimed at brand generation/creation, connecting with the key players in the sector. Analyzing, planning & monitoring. Close deals with customers following the strategy of the company in terms of margins and profitability. Developing commercial relationships with all customers in the designated areas, particularly with key customers. Preparation of budgets by customer, product, and market sector. Generate agreed sales at acceptable contribution levels to the Company's target markets and customers, through a professional and diligent approach. Following up all quotations prepared by the sales team. Carry out customer visits as required in relation to quality, cash collection, or other issues. Provide necessary sales support in relation to external and Group customers. Maintain the Company's image through a professional approach to all aspects of the sales role. Prepare all necessary call plans, customer visit reports, and market information (competitors, markets, new opportunities). Provide reports as required by Senior Management on a timely and comprehensive basis. Carry out other duties as required by the Company. Education / Qualifications Technical Education (engineering, chemistry) with commercial knowledge or similar skills due to work experience.
Knowledge of accounting regulations.
Relational skills with clients and communication with the rest of Company Areas.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (written & spoken), Spanish, and Catalan.
Other Competences / Skills Negotiation skills. Organized and communicative. Correct judgment of people and situations. Practical thinking. Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP & CRM systems).
