Job title: The company is looking for a Sales Manager for Central & Eastern Europe, reporting to the Europe Commercial Director.
Main responsibilities: Weekly and monthly sales programs.
Carry out the monitoring of and negotiation with key accounts.
Analyzing, planning & monitoring.
Cored Wire & Trading: close deals with customers following the strategy of company in terms of margins and profitability.
Developing commercial relationships with all customers in the designated areas and in particular with key customers.
Preparation budgets by customer, product and market sector.
Generate agreed sales at acceptable contribution levels to the company´s target markets and customers, through a professional and diligent approach.
Following up all quotations, which have been prepared by the sales team.
Carry out such customer visits as are required in relation to quality, cash collection or other issues.
Provide the necessary sales support in relation to external and Group customers.
Maintain the company´s image through a professional approach to all aspects of the sales role.
Provide such other reports as are required by Senior Management on a timely and comprehensive basis.
Carry out such other duties as are required by the company.
Education & Work experience required: Technical education (engineering, chemistry) with commercial knowledge or similar skills due to work experience.
Knowledge of steel plants & foundries market Experience in metal trading Interpersonal skills with clients and communication with the rest of company areas.
Technical profile, desire for growth, proactivity and knowledge of customers, applications, regulations of the steel industry.
Language Skills: Fluent German and English (written & spoken) Other competences/skills: Negotiation skills.
Organized and communicative.
Practical thinking.
Team player Good IT skills (MS Office, ERP &CRM systems).
