What you'll experience with us As a Sales Manager in our team, you will: - Build, motivate and mentor a high-functioning inside sales team to lead and drive sales conversations - Lead and coach team members through strong call coaching of their customer sales calls - Lead team to meet and exceed team targets - Document coaching outcome and agreed next action - Accurately assess risk and identify exceptional performance plans - Drive operational excellence of key center metrics including response rates, conversions, pipeline, velocity and accuracy - Have meaningful career development discussions and ensure all employees have a development plan in place focused on building capability for current and future roles - Assess team capability & build talent pipelines where needed - Spend time learning your team's capabilities & actively build talent pipelines - Be able to design and set productivity and sales targets/quota in line with market trendsYour qualifications We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.

- Have 3-6+ years of technology related sales or business development experience - Have experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment preferred - Have broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required - Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred - Fundamentals certification required - Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning - Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solution designs, migrations and management of technology - Bachelor's degree required - Major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering - Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals - Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills Don't meet every requirement?
