Sales Manager

We are an industrial chemical group based in Italy, with a global presence through our branches worldwide.
At Lamberti Iberia, we are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager for our Surface Treatment Division for the Spanish area.
This role will focus on fostering and strengthening relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in line with the company's strategic goals.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the surface treatment market.Consistently forecast and set achievable revenue targets to ensure sustained sales growth.Achieve sales goals within the assigned segment by leveraging market knowledge and client insights.Generate new leads and expand the client base through proactive cold calling.Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.Lead negotiations and successfully close deals with clients.Monitor and analyze market trends, as well as competitor activities, to maintain a competitive edge.Represent Lamberti at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.Skills and knowledge:Bachelor/Master in Chemistry or similarMinimum 5 years of proven technical & sales management experienceKnowledge of industry and trends for the Surface Treatment DivisionProficient in CRM software and sales analytics toolsGood knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)Ideal candidates meet the following requirements:Fluent in both Spanish and EnglishStrong negotiation and communication abilitiesProactive behaviour and team work spiritCuriosity and problem-solving attitudeCreative and target orientedAccuracy, autonomy and reliability complete the profileEmpresa: Lamberti#J-18808-Ljbffr
