What will you be doing?
Driving sales excellence by expanding the company's presence in existing markets, such as BESS, and exploring new opportunities.
Shaping and executing innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and cultivate sales pipelines.
Conducting in-depth market research to uncover opportunities and assess customer needs and competitor strengths.
Leading and mentoring the sales team with a servant leadership approach to foster growth and development.
Collaborating closely with the executive team, Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful results.
Are you the ideal candidate?
Proven experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a SaaS, data-analytics, or high-growth start-up environment, or extensive expertise in battery systems or e-mobility.
An established network in BESS or automotive OEMs to leverage for generating new opportunities.
A hunter mindset, with a structured, entrepreneurial, and results-driven approach to sales.
A team-oriented leader with strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills.
Fluent in English, with strong communication and negotiation skills; German proficiency is a plus but not required.
