About this position: As a Sales Manager at Ogury, you will actively network and set appointments with local business owners to discuss their needs to provide comprehensive and powerful digital advertising solutions to better engage their customers.
Our sales floors focus on identifying new business opportunities, cold calling, and appointment setting.
They focus on full sales cycles and about developing a book of business.
This role will be based in our Madrid office.
Key Responsibilities:Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of Ogury services to enhance business opportunitiesWork directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growthStrong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly basisManage territory through marketing strategies to engage local businessesManage and continually update Salesforce with all appointments, pitches, and pending dollars.Essential Collaboration:Each month, be expected to hit budget and could exceed sales utilizing an array of methods from networking, exploring existing relationships, engaging decision makers and key influences, cold calling, etc. A large portion of their time will be spent in the field.To be a compromised team playerTo execute the job with all the values of the company.Serve as an industry expert to educate decision makers and build partnerships by keeping up with the latest trends to break down barriers and close sales.Engage in opportunities to excel in terms of career growth.
