Are you ready to help us make the future? We have an opportunity for a Channel Account Managerto join Honeywell's Productivity Solutions and Services team in Madrid. The Channel Account Manager have full visibility on driving top projects, full involvement on strategic QBR with Platinum Elite partners with a deep focus on Solutions and Cross Selling, driving MDF activities and follow up. Also define the expectations and best practices for the channel managers to support the solutions business and identify the gaps in the current capabilities. Define the competencies and behaviors for the channel managers to articulate a Honeywell value proposition at the end user level and assess the current level of performance. Define the governance and metrics for the channel marketing activities and MDF spend and align them with the channel plans. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Partnering with different team function (Marketing, SA, Solutions, Service, PM and Sales Excellence) with a Quarterly MOS review on agreed KPIs and follow up. ·Best pipeline management, with structure plan ·Be innovative by anticipating market changes and technological evolutions. Taking the team out of their comfort zone. Thinking out of the box. Adjusting channel account list based on the changes ·Coaching team members, understand their gaps and create ad-hoc development plans ·Understand problems and bring solutions ·EUs demand creation ·Distribution: create networking and business intelligence ·Inside Sales MOS and forecast review ·Greenfield development program of new Gold Partners with local DPM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: ·+10 yrs of experience selling Industrial Productivity Solutions and Services. ·Extensive continuous sales experience in Auto ID/Supply Chain sectors. ·Demonstrable knowledge of Auto ID market products and services. ·Clear understanding of current market trends and dynamics. ·Successful Sales track record through channel partners and distribution partners. ·Business degree preferred but not mandatory ·Strong sales skills including sales processes, sales techniques, and methodologies. ·Demonstrable negotiating skills. ·Ability to make the best use of time and resources. ·High level of communication and presentation skills. ·Understand basic business finance terms and the necessity for financial control. ·The ability to prepare a business plan, write business letters and reports.
