At Lamberti Iberia , we are currently seeking an Area Sales Manager for our Surface Treatment Division for the Spanish area.
This role will focus on fostering and strengthening relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in line with the company's strategic goals.
Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the surface treatment market.
Consistently forecast and set achievable revenue targets to ensure sustained sales growth.
Achieve sales goals within the assigned segment by leveraging market knowledge and client insights.
Generate new leads and expand the client base through proactive cold calling.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
Lead negotiations and successfully close deals with clients.
Monitor and analyze market trends, as well as competitor activities, to maintain a competitive edge.
Represent Lamberti at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Skills and knowledge: Bachelor/Master in Chemistry or similar Minimum 5 years of proven technical & sales management experience Knowledge of industry and trends for the Surface Treatment Division Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Ideal candidates meet the following requirements: Fluent in both Spanish and English Strong negotiation and communication abilities Proactive behaviour and team work spirit Curiosity and problem-solving attitude Creative and target oriented Accuracy, autonomy and reliability complete the profile #J-18808-Ljbffr
