Your responsibilities and duties will be the following:
Provide pre-sales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision, through online sales efforts or on-site.Operate as a digital quality spokesperson, promoting the sales effort by helping customers optimize internal processes.Act as the digital quality lead, controlling the voice and message of interactions with customer technical teams executing a consultative selling process.Lead discovery and follow up.Describe the benefits and value of integrating Lleida.net Registered Services into a customer's SDLC (also from a legal perspective).Work with sales to create and submit proposals and SOWs.Work with the project delivery team to effectively communicate sold solutions.Train and coach internal Account Executives concerning new products and solutions.Contribute with original, creative thinking related to solving customer issues, creating relevant features, and advancing Lleida.net strategy.Attitude and soft skills:
Willing to "learn" every day, team worker, and enthusiasm.Proactive, capable of working with autonomy and able to plan objectives and milestones.Qualified to establish relationships at senior level with the customers.Self-motivated and able to respond to the needs of others with a can-do attitude.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic.Minimum skills requirements:
