We are a dynamic company with a young International team, on a mission to become the leading AIDC reseller in the European market. Our international commercial team is growing to help develop operations in the BeNeLux area.
TasksYour tasks will be focused on supporting the sales team and acquiring net-new business within the Netherlands market with the following responsibilities:
Telephone customer service and account managementManage a portfolio of accounts, regularly updating ERP with follow-ups and quotationsCreate and manage quotations and documentationConstruct strong customer relationships by assuring customer satisfaction through post sales service and effective solution sellingNegotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize profit margins for the businessOffer hands-on customer supportRequirementsStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsExperience in telesales and/or e-commerceExperience in sales and customer service - preferably within the IT sectorResults driven and dedicated to exceeding sales targetsNative Dutch is mandatoryAvailable to work from Madrid - already resident in Madrid preferredWillingness to learn and grasp new business/technical conceptsBenefitsType of contract: Full-time.
