Key Responsibilities in Sales Management Formulate and execute sales strategies that align with the company's overall business goals and ensure the successful sale of company products. Strengthen and expand relationships with existing channel partners, optimize channel structures, and explore opportunities to build new channels in the assigned region. Manage direct sales to key accounts, building strong relationships and driving long-term customer loyalty. Proactively seek and develop new customer opportunities through a variety of sales channels. Collect, analyze, and report on relevant market information, providing insights to guide strategic decisions. Qualifications and Skills for Success Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients. Strong enthusiasm for overseas sales, with excellent execution skills and a proactive approach. Familiarity with international trade processes, including documentation, policies, regulations, and industry conventions. Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams and international markets.
