Responsibilities As our Sales Manager (Affiliate Network), you will be responsible for our B2B affiliate network. In this role, your key tasks will include:
Partner Acquisition : Identify and onboard reputable sailing schools, charters, boat owners, and content websites to expand our affiliate network. You will be required to make phone calls and emails.
Relationship Building : Foster strong connections with partners, nurturing effective collaboration.
Reporting and Documentation : Track affiliate partner results, ensuring commissions are calculated correctly and payments are processed smoothly. This role also involves keeping organized records and checking invoices for accuracy, ensuring our affiliate program runs effectively.
Requirements You love sales.

You are an active listener and usually ask lots of questions.
Strong communication in English + secondary language is a benefit.
Strong analytical skills to analyze data (sales funnel), identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
