RightHand, a company specialising in attracting and retaining talent, is collaborating in the search for a Sales Manager (Agencies) in Madrid with a technology company specialising in digital advertising. We need a professional with experience in advertising, in important digital functions and sales experience in an important digital media group, and who currently excels in business development in their company. In addition, you have established business relationships in Spain and specifically with Media Agencies (Big Six and Independent Agencies) and advertisers.
Responsibilities: • New business development. Identifying new growth opportunities and maintaining a broad network within the sector.
• Promote the company, identifying and securing strategic advertising partners aligned with our objectives.
• Maintain brand loyalty with existing customers.
• Participate in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with an emphasis on cultivating long-term partnerships.
• Daily meetings with advertisers and media agencies.
• Managing multiple commercial initiatives in a dynamic start-up environment.
• Participate in social and networking events with clients and partners.
• Create and develop social events with clients.
• Manage sales forecasting and achieve the revenue target for the accounts in charge.
• Report directly to the Head of Sales.
Requirements: •Successful and proven commercial experience selling in the advertising sector, ideally digital advertising solutions: video, display, traffic, native, programmatic... with proven track record.
• Knowledge and strong contacts in key media agencies and some direct advertisers.
• Passion for day-to-day sales work: prospecting, meetings, product presentation, afterwork, events...
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive significant impact.
• Startup mentality focused on innovation and delivering impactful results.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and positive attitude.
• Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of English.
