As a result, the company's expertise on property related matters, market trends and lifestyle are recognized both nationally and internationally.Join us today and be part of one the top real estate agencies in Spain where your success is guaranteed!Main responsibilities In-depth knowledge of the Estepona and Sotogrande region for effective property listing.Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners whilst ensuring company commission policy is in place.Manage client relationship – giving regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas FoxBusiness development in the area(s) assigned, by farming potential properties to list, network activities, etcDeal with allocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post completion of the sales dealsManage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers in order to close dealsKeep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal data base up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activityRequirementsPrevious work experience in commercial roles (real estate sector is a plus)Spanish, English (Any other language is a plus)Driving licenseProfessional, good presence, excellent communication negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top resultsFinancially and results-oriented and able to work in an international teamProactive with a 'can-do' attitudeOrganized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on personOutstanding levels of customer service preferably used to work with demanding national and international clientsKnowledge of Estepona in order to list properties is a plusBenefitsWe offer an indefinite full-time position with an attractive compensation package.
