Sales & Listing Agent

As we move towards the latter part of 2024, our expansion plans remain as strong as ever. As part of these plans, we are looking for Sales & Listing Agents in Marbella.
Responsibilities & Requirements Acquire property listings directly from owners within the region of Marbella, covering areas from Cabopino to Guadalmina. Identify opportunities for exclusive representation.
Liaise with vendors and our Creative Director regarding marketing materials and content creation at both new and existing listings where applicable.
Follow up on all enquiries and conduct viewings following requests generated through our company website, CRM and property portals.
Must have your own car and valid Spanish or EU driving license, as well as knowledge of the greater Marbella areas.
Ideally, you should be familiar with at least one of Resales Online and Inmobalia CRM, although training can be provided.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the Marbella real estate market, including tax, regulations, and legal aspects of transactions.
Must speak fluent English and fluent or proficient Spanish. Other languages, particularly Scandinavian languages, are appreciated.
