Job Description The Role We are seeking an ambitious AI Sales Leader to spearhead our new AI sales team in Spain. This is a unique opportunity to drive the growth of NOA, our advanced AI-powered platform, specifically designed to revolutionize healthcare by improving efficiency and enhancing patient care. Your main tasks will include:
Negotiation and Closing: Lead high-level negotiations and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth. (60%) Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team (AI Sales Executive and AI SDR), fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. (20%) Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the AI solutions market. (10%) Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. (10%) You'll collaborate closely with the AI Sales Executive and AI SDR, participating in key strategy and sales meetings to drive our AI initiatives forward.
Qualifications What Will Make You Shine Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience selling tech solutions within the SaaS or AI industry. Education: Degree in Business or related fields. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a small sales team. Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in various industries. Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Languages: Fluent in Spanish. Nice to have: Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
