Regularly analyze market sales data and execute effective market promotion strategies to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
Channel Management and Maintenance: Manage and expand direct sales channels in Spain and neighboring countries.
Optimize product distribution networks and ensure the brand's market coverage.
Conduct regular market research, collect competitor information, and adjust sales strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
Team Building and Management: Recruit, train, and lead a localized sales team to ensure execution in market expansion and performance achievement.
Provide professional support and coaching to team members to enhance market competitiveness and sales capabilities.
Product Promotion and Brand Building: Collaborate closely with the headquarters' marketing team to promote online and offline joint promotion activities.
Improve brand visibility and market influence.
Supervise product displays, promotional activities, etc., to ensure proper execution and maximize product market exposure.
Sales Forecasting and Financial Management: Conduct sales forecasting based on market trends and sales data.
Formulate reasonable sales plans.

Job Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, international trade, business management, etc.
Work Experience: More than 5 years of offline sales management experience in the beauty, consumer goods, or related industries.
Sales experience in the Spanish market, especially in direct sales models, is preferred.
