What will I be doing?Lead FX negotiations with existing Money Remittance, Financial Services merchants to achieve sales targetsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsWork closely with the internal Trader team to align on market strategies, pricing, and executionProvide clients with insights and updates on FX market trends, movements, and forecastsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of FX transactions and high levels of customer satisfactionConduct regular market analysis and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends and developmentsManage and report on sales performance metrics, ensuring transparency and accountabilityWhat skills do I need?Strong understanding of local FX marketsDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growthStrong business development & negotiation skills / experienceUnderstanding and or experience of cross-border paymentsAnalytical and logical approach to problem-solvingSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a teamWhat happens after you apply?
