.IntroductionThe Sales Forecasting and admin assistant is a member of our Sales team and will operate in the capacity of support and assistance for the Sales Controlling for the business in Western Europe. A thought-partner to the Western Europe Sales Forecasting Manager and the Sales Directors in Iberia and France, the successful candidate will be instrumental to improving the quality of our sales forecast, enforcing our sales terms & conditions and ensuring our volume and margin objectives are met.What You Will Do:Support Sales Forecasting Manager in taking ownership of the data analytics, the communication and usage to drive better, faster and more anticipated decisions (KPIs: Sell Thru, Sell Out, Sell in, Client Inventories - Robot Unit, Gross and Net sales, Product margins – GFK & competition).Sales Data Gathering, Analysis & Reporting to support key account managers, the salesforce, local and regional management, as well as colleagues in adjacent functions in their activities.Contract Management & Controlling with key accounts (conditions, annual agreements, accrual calculations, special deals etc.).Sales Forecast Process (gather the necessary input, participate and contribute to the required meetings and provide data / feedback to support Sales Forecasting Manager and Sales Director's decisions).Represent the Sales team in company-wide projects aimed at improving our systems and tools (e.G. Oracle, supply demand planning tool roll-out).Synthesize the team's input and ensure that system requirements meet their needs and those of the rest of the sales team. Support and, when data related, drive improvement projects that enhance the efficacy of our commercial operations.Back up Western Europe Sales Forecasting Manager when on vacation or absent.Position themselves as support and central liaison/coordinator between the sales group and all other departments (Finance, Supply chain, Sales administration, Marketing & upper management Western Europe Sales Forecasting Manager and EMEA Senior Business Analysis Manager) to ensure timely sharing of key information and full cross-functional alignment.Check, Control and monitor the MDF invoiced by Retailers to validate them versus approved conditions.Continuous development of sales reporting templates and processes.Support the Creation of Management Reports.Assistance to Western Europe Sales Forecasting Manager (e.G. create agendas and presentations for sales, customer and management meetings).Communication with internal stakeholders regarding Sales Topics (sales reps, any other department).To Be Successful You Will Have:University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.Job Experience in Admin, Sales Controlling or Finance.Independent, structured, with high analytical skills.Self-driven and goal oriented; high degree of initiative.High motivation, resilience and flexibility.Strong interpersonal skills, developmental and team player attitude
