As the Leasing & Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring success at our Novel Student accommodation - Platina, Salamanca. You will be responsible for driving leasing and marketing strategies to ensure high occupancy rates and customer satisfaction.If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, customer service and events, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, ensuring their needs are met and their experience exceeds expectations.Responsible for the successful lease-up of your property.Be expert in your knowledge of the leasing performance of your property; attending the routine calls/meetings well prepared to discuss performance.Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting is completed in a detailed and timely manner.Handle leasing enquiries, coordinate and conduct viewings, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from initial contact to move in.Liaising with the sales & marketing team, utilising various online and offline channels to attract and engage prospective residents.Plan and execute resident events and activities to build a strong sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring Platina remains competitive in the market.Regularly provide content and ideas for social media platforms to showcase the property and promote resident events and activities.Work closely with the property management team to address any resident issues or concerns, providing timely resolutions.Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall student experience at Silk Mill PropertyQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field2-3 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably student accommodation or hospitality.Strong knowledge of the Salamanca market and student housing trendsExceptional sales and negotiation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareAt Novel Student, we value our employees and believe in providing a supportive and collaborative work environment.
