About the Role: As a Sales Executive B2B & MICE at Club Med, you will be giving support and assistance in developing corporate sales and promoting our all-inclusive resorts as premier destinations for travel agencies and Meetings & Events collaborators.
You will help implement and deploy the sales strategies to meet revenue targets, showcasing Club Med's unique offerings to agencies clients and event planners.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, maintain the highest standard of client satisfaction, and contribute to Club Med's growth in the Indirect and Meetings & Events channels.
Key Responsibilities: Support B2B and MICE Business Management Provide information and onboarding for new clients in the corporate and MICE segments Manage Key Travel Agencies accounts to ensure partner satisfaction and continued growth Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for individual and group sales Data entry of enquiries, sales leads, opportunities & account into Salesforce Prepare group information files for upcoming departures Follow up on pre-stay, stay, and post-stay of important Travel Agencies and groups Conduct product presentations, training, and events Train and incentivize the usage of Club Med Travel Agency booking platform Promote Club Med's resorts and services as key destinations for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events Coordinate and participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to increase brand awareness Conduct sales presentations and organize resort site visits for prospective clients Prepare commercial proposals and secure profitable agreements Manage contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful event delivery Follow process and sales conditions compliance Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and adapt sales strategies Produce regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and account performance Work closely with operations and event planning teams for project execution Partner with marketing and communication teams to promote special offers and exclusive packages #J-18808-Ljbffr
