You will help implement and deploy the sales strategies to meet revenue targets, showcasing Club Med's unique offerings to agencies clients and event planners.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, maintain the highest standard of client satisfaction, and contribute to Club Med's growth in the Indirect and Meetings & Events channels.Key Responsibilities: Support B2B and MICE Business ManagementProvide information and onboarding for new clients in the corporate and MICE segmentsManage Key Travel Agencies accounts to ensure partner satisfaction and continued growthPrepare quotes, proposals, and contracts for individual and group salesData entry of enquiries, sales leads, opportunities & account into SalesforcePrepare group information files for upcoming departuresFollow up on pre-stay, stay, and post-stay of important Travel Agencies and groupsConduct product presentations, training, and eventsTrain and incentivize the usage of Club Med Travel Agency booking platformPromote Club Med's resorts and services as key destinations for meetings, incentives, conferences, and eventsCoordinate and participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to increase brand awarenessConduct sales presentations and organize resort site visits for prospective clientsPrepare commercial proposals and secure profitable agreementsManage contracts, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful event deliveryFollow process and sales conditions complianceMonitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and adapt sales strategiesProduce regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and account performanceWork closely with operations and event planning teams for project executionPartner with marketing and communication teams to promote special offers and exclusive packages#J-18808-Ljbffr
