What Is The Role Of The Sales Executive Support
To provide Sales support to the Sales Director and the sales department of Cashzone Portugal in coordination with Operations, Marketing & Legal & FSC; and provide administrative services when needed to support the daily business. The role includes, but is not restricted to, the following work-related deliverables.
Summary Of Duties And Responsibilities Include
Supporting sales team in Portugal, launching the campaigns to create new deals and customers.
Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer, account statuses and relevant problems in Portugal.
Provide data and guides to help the sales team.
Develop and monitor performance indicators for Portugal.
Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
Keep record of sales trends.
Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies.
Stay up to date with new product and feature launches and ensure sales team is on board.
Review pending orders and specific customers' requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Suggest sales process improvements.
What will I need to succeed as the Sales Executive Support:
Fluent in Portuguese language is a must.
Proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate.
Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems (such as Salesforce).
High levels of expertise in office technologies including Microsoft Office and Excel, collaboration tools, etc.
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical and multitasking skills.
Teamwork and motivational skills.
BS degree in Marketing or associate degree in relevant field a plus.
Great written and verbal communication skills at all levels in Spanish & Portuguese.
Minimum 4 years' experience on Sales Support roles in Multinational environment.
Very personable and a great team player, with strong communication skills to facilitate excellent working relationships with teams in Spain and Portugal and at all levels of the organisation.
Highly organised to proactively plan for the needs of the Sales Director, with enough confidence to be able to manage upwards.
Highly customer focused but able to manage expectations with stakeholders.
Knowledge of practices of office management.
High levels of personal energy and comfortable with a fast-paced environment that may be subject to ambiguity and change.
Attention to detail with a high degree of integrity.
