What you'll be doing: Speak to and engage customers from across Spain who need to move larger than parcel items/full house moves and sell the benefits of AnyVan products and services that can meet their needs.Build rapport, upsell, and close deals by effectively communicating the value of AnyVan's services.Work with a range of warm leads and manage your daily activities to ensure you meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue generation.Collaborate with your manager to optimize sales strategies.Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement. Skills and experience we think you'll need to be successful in the role: Sales experience with a proven track record closing deals and consistently meeting targets.The ability to build rapport, engage, and close customers in fluent Spanish over the phone.Strong active listening skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Resilient with a positive outlook.Organized with strong attention to detail.Strong written and verbal skills in both English and Spanish.
