Skills Entrepreneurial mindset Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space Strong customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, and MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers Responsibilities Prospect large enterprise (Fortune 1000) and mid-market companies Manage the sales process from initial outreach to client onboarding Handle complex sales cycles and influence various levels of decision-making Achieve assigned sales targets Develop and maintain excellent relationships with prospects and customers Attend industry events for networking and growth opportunities Qualifications Must reside in the US 7 years of experience selling Professional staffing services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers 3-5 years of experience selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, and VMS Strong network within the Talent Ecosystem community Established relationships with key decision-makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering, etc.

Do you have 3-5 years selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS 4.

Are you well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).

Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering etc.

Do you have proven success in acquiring net new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space 7.

Are you Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) 8.

Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
