Refinery89 is searching for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in the USA and UK markets.

What You'll Do:USA & UK publishers acquisition; from prospecting to closing.Building a healthy pipeline and prioritizing for highest value opportunities.Leading the publisher acquisition efforts in the USA and UK by working closely with sales and operational colleagues.Become a trusted contact of your publishers and develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships that earn the loyalty of prospects and clients; short and long term.Maintaining our purposely designed CRM tool; updating leads and clients interactions on a daily basis.Networking.Who We're Looking For:A Sales Enthusiast!
A person that thrives on meeting and exceeding goals, and that's excited by the ring of the office bell and the thrill of bonuses.Someone competitive, who wants to stand out for a job well done and be the top performer in the department every month!Someone that is motivated by challenges and eager to hit their Monthly and Quarterly KPIs.Language Expert: Native English speaker and fluent in English to engage effectively with our diverse clients and teams.Commercial Mindset: You have a keen eye for detail, a knack for turning conversations positively.Independent Innovator: You can work autonomously, adapt to changing, fast-paced startup environments, and swiftly translate technical features into compelling business benefits.Some definite pros that will make you stand out:Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, especially in cold calling, face-to-face and online meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.Digital Media Know-How: Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, digital advertising formats, and technologies.Industry Network: Established contacts within the US/UK digital publishing media.
