Position Overview
The key objectives of the role are to drive sales for an assigned list of accounts on MSW POLO, full management of set accounts, from sell-in, to delivery, to payments/PO's, to in season reorder and contribute to developing clear strategic goals, financial plans and new business opportunities for growth as well as supporting the sales manager where necessary.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Financial
* Achievement of set sales and re-order targets.
* Develop clear strategic goals, financial plans, and new business opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
* Implementation of new ideas and developments / strategies
* FY Budget reviews - contribution and ownership for own accounts
* Leading and delivering budget negotiations for assigned accounts.
* Validate Account's seasonal buy, as well as in-season reorders against order confirmations and clearly communicate and resolve discrepancies.
* Review and communicate to Sales and Accounts all issues impacting deliveries, including late receipts, product shortages, style updates, quality issues and transportation delays.
* Account Management.
* Develop a clear understanding of Brand and business process requirements specific to the division.
* Maintain and update orders based on customer requests and direction from Sales. Ensure accuracy and understand financial impact of any changes.
* Support multiple markets/seasonal customer buys, ensuring order integrity in partnership with Sales and their account base.
* Identify when to involve Management in issues that require problem solving and decision making.
* Track and report deliveries through warehouse management system until invoiced.
* Analyze and review Account's PO status and provide updates to Sales and Accounts as needed.
* Travel to stores. Core Competencies

• Full Clean Spanish Driving license
• Upper Intermediate B2 English Level
