Based on artificial intelligence and 3D streaming, this patented solution simplifies and enhances the modernization and maintenance of industrial sites. The Opportunity: Your mission will be to open new key accounts by defining and executing a taylored strategy for each account, with a strong support from the marketing team as well as the technical team. Your Daily Responsibilities: - identify and map the targeted accounts - with the help of the Marketing team, generate qualified leads within these accounts - build a clear and actionable strategy for each account - identify and reach out to all relevant people within the account, according to the account strategy - run demos and articulate the value, using a Consultative Selling approach - with the support of the CSM & Ops team, lead the creation of quotes and proposals - lead the answer to RFPs - lead the commercial negotiations - with the support of the legal team, lead the contractual negotiations - perform a clear and detailed hand-over to CSM & Operations once the contract is signed - follow the account from a commercial standpoint during the duration of the pilot & initial roll-out phases Your Profile: - at least 5 years of experience with long sales cycles (over 9 months), with multiple stakeholders - experience managing deals above 50K ARR - you have experience selling to Operators in the Process Industry (Energy, Water, Chemicals, etc), ideally around Operations & Maintenance and/or Asset Management - fast learner and adaptable to a changing business landscape - willingness to go after new accounts, starting from scratch; build an account-based strategy to crack them - experience selling in international contexts - Italian is your native language and you have a professional level of English. - be enthusiastic about the possibility of helping build and optimize internal sales processes as the company matures The Offer: - payout based on the profile's experience - Private insurance, 50% transport allowance, Tickets restaurant - full remote
