As the world's leading GSA and Tourism representation organization with over 60 offices in over 60 countries, AVIAREPS represents airlines as well as destinations, hotels, attractions, airports, cars, trains, cruise lines, retailers and import/export organizations, and offers a full suite of B2B and B2C services which includes sales & reservations, marketing, digital, and PR programs.For the next possible date, we are looking for a:Key Responsibilities:Support the aviation sales team to achieve revenue growth.Provide daily support to the Deputy General Manager for aviation duties in Spain & Portugal.Support in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives to increase market share and profitability, being proactive and autonomous with criteria.Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the aviation industry by conducting frequent weekly sales calls on-site, tailored to specific airline targets, as well as organizing sales blitz events and virtual meetings.Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and identify new opportunities for clients.Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.Carry out regular market research, competitor analysis, and benchmarking.Organize and execute participation in fairs, events, seminars, roadshows, and functions.Minimum Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation, travel agency, tour operator sales, or related field.Have a good network in the travel industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage a multi-segment account portfolio.Proficient in the use of MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of GDS Amadeus, eSmash & Sabre ADI is desirable.Willingness to travel as required.Ability to conduct statistical reviews and analyze results to improve operation methods, processes and propose new sales tools to clients to improve results.Ability to prioritize both in terms of workload and in prioritizing which initiatives/actions will have the greatest business impact.Excellent verbal and written skills in Spanish & English; other languages are a plus.Great interpersonal skills and a pleasant, outgoing personality.Ability to multi-task.What We Offer:Varied full-time position with a high degree of personal responsibility in an international environment.A pleasant working environment in a dynamic and motivated team with a hands-on mentality.Intensive exchange with colleagues from all around the world.Room for own ideas and new approaches.Bonus based on targets achieved.Possibility to participate in famtrips
