One Eden is an established Property Development Company with exciting new developments along the coast in Mijas, Estepona, and Alcaidesa.
Our team has extensive experience in appraising and acquiring large portfolios of land and property assets, including developing residential, commercial premises, and marina developments.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and organised Property Salesperson to join our team.
This role will suit an experienced property professional with a wealth of successful sales history and the ability to work in an extremely busy commercial environment.
With strong commercial acumen, you will be a self-starter, adept at working independently, using your initiative, and solving problems.
You should be able to organise and prioritise your workload, be motivated, and take responsibility as part of your nature.
You should possess the following qualifications: Excellent proficiency in both Spanish and English.
Further languages would be a bonus.
Proven developer with a track record.
CRM proficient; Hubspot preferred but training will be given.
Full driving licence is essential.
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours a week with holidays and weekends on a rota.
