The hotel was originally opened in 1929 within an expansive private estate and is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, scheduled to open in June 2024.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Sales Managers to develop and implement sales strategies for a focused market segment.Manage daily communication with clients and agencies, preparing tailored proposals and contracts.Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure client requirements—such as rooming lists, F&B, transportation, and billing—are fulfilled accurately.Utilize sales and reservation systems, keeping information up to date and assisting with reporting.Update partner websites and extranets, manage sales trips, presentations, and client engagement activities as needed.Handle walk-in inquiries and provide personalized client assistance, building strong client relations.Actively participate in sales and marketing meetings, providing insights to support team objectives.Respond to telephone calls and walk-in inquiries.Maintain a friendly, caring, and helpful attitude with clients, as well as all hotel personnel.Participate in sales meetings and marketing meetings as required.Our Ideal Sales Executive Candidate Will Have:Positive and Proactive Attitude: Ability to build trust with clients and collaborate well with internal teams.Sales Experience: Preferably with at least 1 year in luxury hospitality.Organizational Strengths: Skilled in managing details, from proposals to client requests.Familiarity with Sales Software: Experience with Golden Sales & Catering and Opera is an advantage.Adaptability: Comfortable handling changing priorities in a dynamic environment.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
