Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.About The RoleThe Sales Executive - Field Operations (Bucaramanga) is responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between Colgate and a group of Customers/stores in an assigned territory or in a given geography for a key account in order to deliver net sales, distribution volume, and market share targets.Main Responsibilities:Identify business opportunities to propose actions and increase sales (Sell-out)Ensure Catman Strategies implementation defined by Catman TeamResponsible for the implementation of our activities in the CustomersEnsure the monitoring of compliance with sales activities, the launch of new products, and customer serviceProvide training to the logistics operators of each chain (Exhibition strategies, new products, exhausted, CP portfolio)Promote and share best practices with the work teamGuarantee information accuracy collected by Third PartySupport the solution of operational problems at managerial level.Report relevant field activities in a timely mannerRegularly visit POS to identify areas of improvementPromote and share best practices at all levels of the companyEfficiently assist with execution plans for each CustomerProvide support to maintain an efficient call value by territoryEnsure BPO compliance with the agency (Eficacia)Establish contact with counterparts of Operations (Customers/agencies)Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience completed (Or waiting for Diploma)At least +1 year of experience in the commercial area (marketing, retail marketing, in store, sales field...)English Proficiency (Preferable)Google Suite ProficiencyManage Excel/Sheets for handling large amounts of information.Driving license & skills to drive on large highwaysAvailability to travel up to 75% of the timeOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity & InclusionAchieving our purpose starts with our people — ensuring our workforce represents the people and communities we serve — and creating an environment where our people feel they belong; where we can be our authentic selves, feel treated with respect and have the support of leadership to impact the business in a meaningful way
