Teldar Travel is the leader in B2B hotel reservations exclusively for travel professionals and offers the largest inventory of accommodation in the market with 2,000,000 establishments ranging from 2 to 5-star luxury hotels, including independent and major hotel chains.
MISSION
Working closely with the Market Leader Southern Europe, the role involves responsibility for the development, reactivation, and retention of clients, aiming to encourage them to choose us as their primary supplier.
This includes new business development, account management, and building close relationships with travel professionals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Frequent targeted interaction with existing, new, and recovery clients.Build lasting relationships.Work towards sales targets individually and as a team.Develop sales opportunities on an ongoing basis.Close follow-up of clients from registration to booking.Plan visits using sales data.Attend key events in Spanish and Portuguese markets.Participate in training events in person and virtually.Provide feedback to the Market Leader on improvements and propose actions.Create new client accounts.Assist clients with day-to-day support including operational, marketing, financial, and technical assistance.Provide weekly reports.Update CRM system daily.CANDIDATE PROFILE
Candidates should ideally have at least three years of sales experience in the travel sector.
Excellent commercial relationship experience may substitute for less than three years of experience.
The ideal candidate will be:

Fluent in Spanish and English.Knowledgeable about the travel industry.Goal and results-oriented.Understanding of technology and online distribution.Possessing excellent communication and interaction skills at all levels.Resourceful, well-organized, and able to work independently.Energetic, dynamic, and motivated.Flexible to travel nationally and internationally.Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications, with the ability to understand certain technical tools.WHAT CAN WE OFFER
