How will you contribute to PropHero? Your mission is to finalize sale deals with clients, guide, negotiate and offer a high quality service for our leads. You will have to find prospects, follow sales leads, discuss terms with potential customers, and convince them to sign a contract. Focus on customer-centricity and ensure professional experiences, helping us scale our business and reach a higher market share each day. Starting with the Australian Market, but growing into different countries as soon as we go global. Your success in this mission will be stellar if you develop the following roles and contributions: Be a Hungry Sales Expert Find potential leads and have direct contact with them. Coordinate and support sales leads, promoting a professional and high quality service for our customers. Follow up with our sales leads. Receive, organize, and file all relevant documentation, giving great importance to detail. Discuss terms with potential customers in a close, confident and honest way. Close up deals, be persuasive and convince potential customers to engage with PropHero. Manage client relationships with high quality standards. Ensure a smooth process end-to-end for the clients. Detect and propose ways to make the validation process more agile, providing a more fluid and direct process. Build Partnerships with Brokers and Accountants to bring more sales. What will make you succeed with us? 4+ years of experience as a Sales representative. Selling similar products or tech B2B sales in a digital environment. Creative Vision and Criteria. Have a creative vision and criteria to be able to provide communication that leaves a mark on the community and the ecosystem. Proactivity and Autonomy: PropHero operates in a changing ecosystem, which implies being able to adapt easily, being agile in reactions, and having a positive and proactive attitude. Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Native English. PropHero communicates and operates in the English language. Moreover, this person will need to engage with clients, local real estate agents and business partners. Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to communicate correctly with our clients and team, in order to develop a high quality service and empathic environment. Optimism and excitement for your work.
