How you'll make an impact The Sales Executive is responsible for driving company sales and acquiring new business.
Functions: #BetheCustomer: Be eager to understand each client's unique needs and expectations in every project. Associated tasks: Preparing quotes and proposalsAttending events, trainings, or conferences to strengthen the company's brand and develop relationships with prospects and customers#ThinkBigger: Maintain a broad and strategic perspective to optimize processes and outcomes. Associated tasks: Working with a healthy pipeline of prospects to ensure opportunitiesStaying abreast of industry trends and new developmentsDeveloping projects within the business development area related to strategic growth, such as geographical expansion, entering new markets and industry verticals, researching new service offers, partnering with industry associations, event organizations, etc.Meeting and exceeding annual sales quota#WorkSmarter: Utilize efficient and effective methods to achieve goals more intelligently and effectively. Associated tasks: Submitting all required sales and activity reports, timesheets, expense reports, and forecastsCoordinating strategic campaigns along with the marketing teamDo you have what it takes to join us on this journey? Skills Communication: Advanced/fluent English and Spanish skills (mandatory).Adaptability: Good interpersonal, decision making and problem-solving skillsGrowth mindset: Excellent negotiation and persuasion skillsResourceful: Strong research and strategic analysis skillsReliability: Effective time managementEfficiency: Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workMotivation & Drive: High energy level with strong results orientation.
