Muris Brand, Barefoot and sustainable children's footwear needs a Sales Executive for the Wholesale department. The candidate should be looking for an exciting ride. It will be a new challenge and will bring the candidate beyond her/his comfort zone.
Responsibilities Seal partnerships with the best barefoot and sustainable children's footwear retailers, always aligned with the company goals.
Be an expert in all the areas of barefoot and sustainable children's footwear and inform management about new requirements for development and market situation.
Understand and apply Muris methodology perfectly.
Report all sales activity (calls, emails, meetings, etc.) and maintain detailed notes on leads and opportunities interactions.
Analyze results and identify opportunities to achieve targets. Meet input targets and monthly/quarterly objectives defined by the company.
Contact new retailers to source and negotiate the best conditions for them and Muris.
Maintain a clean pipeline and keep it updated on a daily basis.
Collaborate actively with colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows growth and development.
What are we looking for? A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Public Relations is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales (footwear/retail sector preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Problem-solving skills with strong commercial and analytical abilities.
Autonomous and self-motivated, able to work in a highly demanding environment.
Methodical fast learner familiar with CRM tools.
Full proficiency in Spanish and fluent in English.
Availability to travel 50% of the time.
An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
Private vehicle for work-related purposes.
