Your Mission As our new Sales Manager, you will be part of the Sales organization and report to the Head of Sales - Baltics. You will play a pivotal role in our sales team, working towards capturing opportunities in the thriving and expansive Lithuanian market. Your primary responsibility will be to drive new sales and up-sales. You will together with the Team Lead - Head of Sales for Baltics have a crucial role in expanding the supply side offering in the Lithuania. Self-directed and disciplined. A growth mindset. Core Responsibilities Proactively prospect and engage with key decision-makers to drive business growth. Manage prospects and clients to build and nurture relationships. Manage the complete sales and upselling process, from initial contact to deal closure onboarding. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless product and service delivery for clients. Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales records and routinely update the CRM system. Stay inform about the Lithuanian public procurement market, using industry insights to fuels sales strategies and growth. Required Qualifications Strong experience (ideally 2-3 years) in sales and high drive for results. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent in Lithuanian language and English. Preferred Qualifications Experience from high-velocity sales Knowledge of the public procurement market in the Lithuania is highly desirable Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proficient time management and organizational skills.
