We are looking for a talentedSales and Listings Agentto join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a drive to succeed. Fluent English is required, advanced Spanish. French or German is a plus.This is a full-time, employed position, with a 40-hour indefinite contract. You'll receive a great salary, plus commission on sales. A company car for use during work hours, with petrol all paid for. You'll already have a good knowledge of the areas of Dehesa De Campoamor, Cabo Roig, and ALL of the Orihuela Costa.TasksAs a Sales and listing agent, you'll conduct viewings on our properties to pre-qualified clients, answer any questions, and provide professional service with feedback given to the office and vendors on all viewings and any actions/offers.
