You will have a goal of incremental eBookings, and PO values to achieve. Additionally, you will create an ideal customer portfolio by managing the churn of your customers. You'll need to activate new customers, protect your existing book of business, and expand revenues amongst existing customers.You will conduct digital, phone, and in-person meetings and attend industry events to showcase our products.You will own building and managing your pipeline, meaning finding potential leads via business development work and taking care of those that arrive at your doorstep until you close the deal.You will establish a framework for prioritizing customer engagement using our processes, list of activities required, and CRM.You will help organize group events across customers and prospects to gather several customers together and promote our products.You will discuss and act on any commercial strategy that can help boost the number of deals closed and their engagement.Hybrid:YesBasic Requirements:Fluency in French and a high level of English.At least 2 years of experience in account management and finding new customers or upselling to existing ones.Capability to sell on the phone, in virtual or in-person meetings.Highest drive to meet KPIs.Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.Previous experience with CRM's (like Salesforce).Computer proficiency and familiarity with social media.Strong customer service orientation and time management skills.Willingness to travel to meet customers face-to-face for meetings or industry events (around 40% of the time).Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of the air cargo industry or experience in an online transactional business.Experience at global companies
