EIMS (global Tech sales and marketing agency) is hunting for our next Sales Account Executive for either of our two software clients: Blackberry or Decisions.TasksRun the sales process from start to end (90% inbound campaign) which covers conducting negotiations, delivering demos, managing/closing procurement processes, and driving adoption and/or expansion OR new business sales (50% outbound campaign), which includes finding pipelines, and managing customers through the security software subscription sales processAverage deal size $10,000 - $15,000 with up to $140,000 sales target per quarter.Managing Sales Forecasting and TAL account profiling in CRM – Hubspot, SFDC, Lausha, LinkedIn, or Zoominfo.Sourcing high-quality pipeline through outbound lead generation.Create proposals and client follow-up + consistently utilize CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business, and process ordersContribute to the team's quota across the DACH market (Germany, Switzerland, and Austria)Ensure that your clients derive maximum value from their investment in purchased software, utilize all their licenses, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprintRequirementsSpeaks German at native level & an excellent level of EnglishAt least 1 year of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS space (with a background in conducting demos/presentations)High-energy, driven sales professionals with sound business acumenStart Date: ASAP/ negotiableBenefitsWork from home anywhere from Spain or work in a Hybrid setup in our beautiful office in BarcelonaWe offer a relocation package of 1-month hotel accommodation for those interested in moving to Barcelona28 days paid annual leave with the opportunity to earn up to 4 extra days off per year!Regular incentives (eg.
