About the roleAs a Sales Executive - Quota Carrier, you'll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you'll drive some of the most exciting new technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks, and invests.

What you will be doingThe role will cover the full sales process and associated tasks and duties including but not limited to:
Helping organize and steer marketing campaigns, direct cold calling, and lead generation.Acquiring new clients through prospecting, networking, and cold calling to ensure sales quotas are achieved.Developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory and accounts.Developing and executing strategic sales plans for each major opportunity.Participating in sales calls and meetings to determine appropriate resources or representation by other FIS departments to win and close the deal.Building and developing relationships to work with key clients and new prospects at all relevant levels.Reflecting input activity within and maintaining an accurate and comprehensive sales database (Dynamics).Maintaining awareness of market and industry trends.Developing the ability to cross/up-sell across a full solution suite and associated delivery models (ASP/IMS/On-Premise).What you bringPrior experience in financial services in and/or Europe.Industry knowledge within Capital Markets software is desirable but not essential.What we offer youCompetitive salary and commission plan.Attractive benefits including private medical cover, dental cover, and travel insurance.A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities.A modern, international work environment and a dedicated and motivated team.A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities - FIS is your final career step!#LI-LO1
