Maintain the highest standard of client satisfaction and contribute to Club Med's growth in the Indirect and Meetings & Events channels.Key Responsibilities:Support to B2B and MICE Business ManagementGive support and assistance on providing information and/or on onboarding new clients in the corporate and MICE segmentsManage Key Travel Agencies accounts to ensure partner satisfaction and continued growthPrepare quotes, proposals and contracts for individual and group salesData entry of enquiries, sales leads, opportunities & account into SalesforcePrepare group information files for upcoming departuresFollow up on pre-stay, stay and post stay of most important Travel Agencies and groupsProduct Presentations, Trainings and Events:Extensively train, prepare and engage the Travel Agencies for the key sales moments of Club MedTrain and incentive the usage of Club Med Travel Agency booking platformPromote Club Med's resorts and services as key destinations for meetings, incentives, conferences, and events.Coordinate and participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to increase brand awareness of Club MedConduct sales presentations and organize resort site visits for prospective clients.Contract Management and Negotiations:Prepare commercial proposals and secure profitable agreements.Manage contract, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful event and incentive program delivery.Follow process and sales conditions compliance such as contact signatory, invoice and payment and others as requestedFollow the Club Med Procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the agreementsMarket Analysis and Reporting:Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities, and adapt sales strategies based on industry demands.Produce regular reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and account performance.Internal Collaboration:Work closely with operations and event planning teams to ensure the successful execution of projects.Partner with marketing and communication teams to promote special offers and exclusive packages for Travel Agencies and MICE clients.Key Skills, Competencies & Requirements:Experience: 5 years in the Travel Industry or MICE sector.Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.Customer-Oriented: Proactive focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively as a team with various departments to achieve common goals.Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional presentations at all levelsNegotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.MICE Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with key players, events, and trends within the Meeting & Events industry is a plus.Tech: Experience with Salesforce is a plus, as well as presentation and data analysis tools (Power BI)Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must.
