Your main tasks will include: Solution Selling: Conduct needs assessments and present customized AI solutions that align with client requirements, demonstrating the value and ROI of our offerings.
(70%) Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
(20%) Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their business challenges and objectives.
(10%) You'll work closely with the AI Sales Leader and the SDR, engaging with clients and contributing to the team's success.
Qualifications What Will Make You Shine Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in technology or AI solutions.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish.
Nice to have: Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
