Sales Excellence & Pricing Specialist EuropeAs the Sales Excellence & Pricing Specialist, you will support enhancing strategic customer engagement by providing essential tools, content, and training to the regional sales organization. You will collaborate with various global, regional, and local functions to drive the implementation of sales excellence initiatives and projects.
Main responsibilities:Support implementing key global and regional sales excellence initiatives and change management.Act as the regional CRM (Salesforce) key user, supporting with user questions, data actions, user adoption, and monitoring issues. Collect and communicate platform change requirements, coordinate with the global CRM team, and align local key users with regional initiatives.Design and generate ad-hoc and region-specific reports and dashboards to support sales activities and decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support driving sales performance.Support the implementation of a pricing methodology and track and report on its progress.Collaborate with sales leadership, as well as local sales to develop and set the sales plan. Support leading the yearly sales planning process, across the regional sales organization.Conduct ad-hoc competition, market, or product analysis as necessary to support strategic decision-making and sales initiatives.Skills and experience:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.2 - 5 years of experience in sales excellence, sales operations, pricing, finance, or a similar business role.Strong analytical skills with an understanding of revenue and profit analysis.Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various teams, including executives and sales and marketing leadership.Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in French is highly desirable. Any other European language is a plus.Ability to structure analysis in Excel, utilize PowerBI, and create compelling presentations in PowerPoint.
