.What You'll Do:Mission:Partner with commercial teams, data governance office and internal IT to boost sales efficiency by delivering data management policies focused on sales process and tools. Drive data excellence to maximize Sales Tech stack ROI.About the role:You'll be acting as a partner to your Business Process Owner peers, by using well developed skills in analytics to draw conclusions according to the data and propose data management rules and other actionable solutions to enhance data reliability, accuracy, and completeness. Based on defined rules you will then collaborate with internal IT and Data Governance Office to secure the implementation via preventive or reactive measures.Responsibilities:Develop techniques that allow for collection of high-quality data, while ensuring adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.Devising and implementing efficient and secure procedures for data management and analysis with attention to all technical aspects.Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them.Prepare reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data quality.Who You Are:Familiar with modern, high-tech databases and IT systems. Experience with a CRM is a must, having Salesforce experience is preferred.Good computer skills and ability to use necessary databases and software.Proficient at digesting, understanding, and analyzing large amounts of data.Your analytical background gives you the ability to structure and execute analysis and synthesize into clear insights.Excellent English speaking and writing.We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
