This role's mission is to provide technical expertise and pre-sales support to ensure the successful design, demonstration, and delivery of WiFi OEM hardware and software solutions while serving clients across various regions and languages.Key Responsibilities:Technical Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and create customized WiFi OEM solutions that include hardware, software licenses, and network designs.
Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the company's solutions to customers, prospects, and channel partners.
Assist in responding to RFPs, crafting technical proposals, and defining project scopes in collaboration with Channel Managers.Solution Design and Architecture: Work directly with customers and channel partners to gather requirements and design WiFinetwork solutions that address their specific needs and challenges.
Provide technical guidance and expertise on solution architecture, including system integration, software licensing, and scalability.
Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices, optimizing performance and security.Pre-Sales Consultation and Troubleshooting: Act as a technical advisor during the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns related to WiFi OEM products and ensuring that the technical aspects are clearly understood by potential customers.
Conduct pre-sales consultations to diagnose and troubleshoot potential technical issues, ensuring solutions are feasible and properly scoped before deployment.Collaborate with Channel Managers to overcome technical objections and facilitate a seamless pre-sales experience.Training and Partner Enablement: Deliver technical training and enablement sessions for channel partners and customers to ensure they understand the functionality and benefits of our solutions and software licenses
