Your new job :
You will act as Technical Sales Support for Open-Xchange solutions for our customers.
You will manage the technical relationship with key OX customers throughout the entire presales cycle.
You will investigate customer needs and pain points and find OX solutions.
You will evaluate customer environments, create custom integration concepts, install and manage POCs, and write SOWs for actual implementations.
You will manage architecture, design, and documentation for customer solutions.
You will collaborate with the product teams to build technical presentations for customer and industry events.
Your background :
You are experienced in Linux-based environments.
You have a good understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack, Routing/Switching algorithms and Security and Authentication Mechanisms.
You can confidently communicate in English (both verbally and written).
You are motivated and creative and want to connect the world through Open-Source technology.
