Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Spain S.A.U., the Spanish branch of the Trelleborg Group, is a leading international industrial group and is recognized as a market leader in the world of industrial sealing. To support our Iberian Customer Solution Center in Spain, located in Madrid Las Rozas, we are searching for a **Sales Engineer / Internal Sales **(M/F/d).
**Main Responsibilities**:
We offer you a new challenge in which your main responsibility will be to grow the business within the territory by managing existing accounts and finding new ones with the following tasks:
- Ensure high customer service and continuous business development with existing customers
- Acquisition of new projects and new business with new and existing customers
- Develop a plan to achieve the sales targets in the defined area
- Collaborate with external sales team to expand the business in existing customers and also explore the market to find new opportunities
- Process customer inquiries, orders, and quotes under a defined timeframe
- Track orders to ensure on-time delivery, keep CRM updated and report on time
- Promote our wide range of sealing solutions to new and existing customers
- Handling customer questions related to quality, technical complaints
- Be present in the market to identify market trends and competitor behavior
**Requirements**:
As a Sales Engineer, you should have
- Technical Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in technical sales
- Experience in Industrial or Plastics markets in Cataluña & Levante Area
- Strong MS Office and CRM Experience, SAP would be an important plus
- Passion to interact with people and willingness to challenge the "status quo"
- You should be able to communicate in both English and Spanish, Portuguese is welcome
- Proactive, innovative, and communicative attitude
- Highly motivated, flexible, and passionate to meet and interact with people
