About the Role: In this hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind our assigned air filter product groups. The Sales Engineer Industry Spain Portugal is responsible for the development of strategic sales accounts and clients, as well as the successful execution of short- and long-term commercial targets in the Industry segment for the whole Iberia area.
What will you be doing? Customer relations: You will initiate and build relations with customers, taking into account their demands and wishes.Driving Efficiency: You will be in charge of effective development and execution of the sales plans, achievement of sales targets, and increasing the revenue of existing accounts.Develop sales channels: Professionally develop AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through the establishment of strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets.Advisor in technical matters: Expand AAF's relationship with the market by selling air filtration solutions, advising customers on technical matters, and helping to find the most appropriate solution.Accelerated Time-to-Market: Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness.Product Champion: Act as an advocate for your assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.Required: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products that require a deep understanding and explanation.Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages.Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce.A background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.A proven track record of success in selling high added value products, including experience in pricing, negotiations, and account management.To be successful in this role, you have strong technical and business acumen. You are detail-oriented and have a strong work ethic. Thanks to your excellent written and verbal communication skills, you are able to present information effectively. Your ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure with a commitment to ethical decision-making ensures you get your work done.
