The Sales Engineer Industry Spain Portugal is responsible for the development of strategic sales accounts and clients, as well as the successful execution of short- and long-term commercial targets in the Industry segment for whole Iberia area. What will you be doing? Customer relations: you will initiate build relations with customers, as well as taking into account the demands and wishes of the customers. Driving Efficiency: you will be in charge of effective development and execution of the sales plans, achievement of sales targets and increase the revenue of existing accounts. Develop sales channels: professionally develop AAF's indirect direct sales channels through the establishment of strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria and targets. Advisor in technical matters: expand AAF relationship with market by selling air filtration solutions, advising customers on technical matters, helping to find the most appropriate solution. Accelerated Time-to-Market: partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness. Product Champion: act as an advocate for your assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally. Our ideal candidate Required: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products that require a deep understanding and explanation. Ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area. Proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills in both languages. Experience with MS Office tools and Salesforce. Desired: A background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree. A proven track record of success in selling high added value products, including experience in pricing, negotiations, and account management. To be successful in this role you have a strong technical and business acumen. You are detail oriented and you have a strong work ethic. Thanks to your excellent written and verbal communication skills you are able to present information effectively.
